Ingredients
6 medium peeled potatoes, diced
1 lbs of sliced kielbasa sausage (turkey sausage)
1 lbs of fresh green beans, washed, strings and stems removed
1 tbsp of seasoned salt
13.5 oz can of chicken broth or homemade, preferably low sodium
Preparations
1. Cut fresh green beans into pieces if you wish.
2. Add sausage, green beans and potatoes into a slow cooker.
3. Pour in the chicken broth and add salt to season and stir together to combine.
4. Cook with the lid on for 6 to 8 hours on LOW or until cooked through.
