Ingredients
Paprika
1 (10-1/2 oz) can of cream of mushroom soup, low-fat
1 cup of grated cheddar cheese, low-fat
1-1/2 cups of cubed cooked ham
1 medium sliced thinly onion
Salt and pepperĀ
8 (8 to 10 medium) cups of peeled potatoes, thinly sliced
Preparations
1. Spray a non-stick cooking spray on the insert of a 4-5 Quart slow cooker.
2. Evenly spread 1/2 of the sliced potatoes in the base of the slow cooker. Season with the pepper and salt, then Sprinkle with 1/2 onion, 1/2 ham and 1/2 cheese.
3. Repeat the process a second time.
4. In a small bowl, pour in the cream of mushroom soup, stirring until nice and creamy. Pour into the slow cooker, over the ingredients.
5. Cook with the lid on for 6 to 8 hours on LOW, or until the potatoes are fork tender.
5. Sprinkle with a little paprika, just before serving.
