Slow Cooker Shredded Chicken

Cook time: 4 hours

Servings: 4-6

Ingredients

2 lbs skinless, boneless chicken breast

1/2 teaspoon of onion powder

1 cup of chicken broth

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

1 teaspoon of pepper

1/2 teaspoon of oregano

1 teaspoon of salt

Preparations

1. Add all the ingredients into the slow cooker and cook for 3-4 hours on HIGH or 5-6 hours on LOW. If the chicken is frozen, more time will be needed.

2. Remove chicken from slow cooker and transfer into a large bowl.

3. Use two fork to shred chicken. Use immediately, or store in a sealed container and refrigerated up to 4 days.
