Ingredients
2 lbs of skinless, Boneless chicken tenderloin or breasts, cut into strips
1/2 cup of sour cream
1/2 cup of pesto
2 cans (21.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
Preparations
1. Spray a non-stick cooking spray on the inside of a 5-6 quart slow cooker or line using a slow cooker liner.
2. Set the chicken strips at the base of the slow cooker.
3. Combine the sour cream, pesto and cream of chicken soup in a bowl until well blended.
4. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
5. Cook with the lid on for 5 to 6 hours on LOW or until chicken is soft and cooked through.
6. Serve chicken over pasta or noodles.
