Ingredients
(Optional) red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp of garlic powder
1 Tbsp of dried parsley
1 Tbsp of dried oregano
1 Tbsp of garlic salt
6 ounces can of tomato paste
8 ounces can of tomato sauce
15 ounces can of diced tomatoes
2 medium chopped carrots
1 pound of lean ground beef
1 Tbsp of garlic minced
1 medium chopped onion
1 Tbsp of olive oil
Preparations
1. Cook onions, meat and garlic in a medium skillet, about 8 minutes or cook until the meat is cooked through.
2. Transfer the meat, garlic and onions into your slow cooker. Add the rest ingredients. Cook for 6-8 hours on low. Serve along with noodles.
