Ingredients
½ tsp of basil
1 tsp of parsley
1 tsp of oregano
1-1/2 cups of frozen corn
2 (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
2 (14.5 oz) cans of beef broth or vegetable broth
1 (24 oz) package of Italian style turkey meatballs
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup of green beans
3-4 chopped carrots
1 chopped onion
Preparations
1. Spray the inside of a saucepan with cooking spray.
2. Add green beans, garlic, carrots and onions and cook for 2-3 minutes over medium heat.
3. Transfer to the slow cooker and add in rest ingredients, stir to combine.
4. Cook with the lid on for 5-6 hours on LOW.
Freeze or refrigerate leftovers.
