Ingredients
3 minced cloves garlic
1 crumbled bay leaf
1 tsp of dried rosemary
1 tbsp of dried oregano
2 tbsp of dried basil
87 oz can of crushed tomatoes
2 cups of roughly chopped mushrooms
3 small diced zucchini
2 diced green bell peppers diced
7 peeled & diced carrots
1 diced yellow onion
Preparations
1. Combine all the vegetables into a 6-7 quart slow cooker. Stir everything to combine.
2. Cook with the lid on for 8 to 10 hours on LOW.
Great for spaghetti sauce. Blend it smooth or Leave it chunky
