Ingredients
Salt and pepper
1/4 tsp of paprika
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of honey
2 tbsp of instant tapioca (for thickening)
2 tbsp of Dijon mustard
1 (10 oz) can of pineapple tidbits, packed in juice
8 (about 2 lbs) boneless, country-style pork ribs
Preparations
1. Spray a non-stick cooking spray on the insert of a 4-5 Quart slow cooker.
2. Trim any excess fat off the pork ribs, then add salt and pepper to season
3. Transfer into the slow cooker.
4. Stir the paprika, soy sauce, honey, tapioca, mustard and pineapple with the juice, together in a small bowl and the Pour over the pork.
5. Cook with the lid on for 6 to 8 hours on LOW, or until the pork is fork tender.
