Crock Pot Vegetable With Beef Soup

Ingredients

1 cup of Barley

1 chopped Onion

1 Bay Leaf

4 cup of Beef Stock

4 cup of Tomato Juice

1 can of Diced Tomatoes

1 teaspoon of Minced Garlic

12 ounces of frozen Mixed Vegetables

12 ounces of frozen Soup Vegetables

2 lbs of lean stew meat cut into 1 inch pieces

Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparations

1. Combine the spice and the liquid ingredients into the slow cooker, stir.

2. Pour in the vegetables into the slow cooker, and add meat, placing bay leaf over the top.

3. Cook with the lid on for 8 hours on low.

4. Once done, retrieve bay leaf and season with pepper and salt.
