Brussels Sprouts with Dijon Mustard

Ingredients

(Optional) 1/2 tsp of dried tarragon

Freshly ground black pepper

Salt to taste

1/4 cup of water

1-1/2 tbsp of Dijon mustard

1 tbsp of olive oil

1 lbs of Brussels sprouts, trim off the bottoms and cut in half

Preparations

1. Combine everything in a 2 quart slow cooker. Stir to combine.

2. Cook with the lid on for 4 to 5 hours on LOW or for 2 to 2-1/2 hours on HIGH or until fork tender. Some brussels sprouts might become crispy and brown, it will still taste delicious.

3. Stir everything together to coat the Dijon sauce with brussels sprouts.

4. Serve and enjoy!
