Ingredients
1 tsp of ground sage
2 tsp of minced dried onion
1 large orange
14 oz can of cranberry sauce
3 lbs of boneless rolled pork roast, rinse and pat dry with paper towel
Preparations
1. Place the drained pork roast in the base of a 6-7 quart slow cooker.
2. Combine the sage, orange juice and zest, onion and cranberry sauce in a small bowl until well combined.
3. Pour mixture in the slow cooker, over the pork roast.
4. Cook with the lid on for 6-8 hours on LOW or on HIGH for 3-4 hours or until cooked through.
5. When it’s done, remove pork roast and allow sitting for 5 minutes or more before slicing. It will allow the meat to absorb the juices thoroughly.
