Ingredients
1 (about 3/4 cup) chopped green bell pepper
For thickening, 1-1/2 tbsp of instant tapioca
1/2 cup of thick teriyaki basting sauce
1 (20 ounces) can of pineapple, crushed with juice
1 lbs of turkey meatballs
Preparations
1. Add the meatballs into a 2- to 4-Quart the slow cooker.
2. Combine the tapioca, teriyaki sauce and pineapple and juice. Pour into the slow cooker.
3. Cook with the lid on for 6 to 8 hours on LOW, or 3 to 4 hours on high.
4. Stir in the green pepper and cook with the lid on for 20 minutes on HIGH.
5. Adjust thickness by adding a little water to achieve the desired thickness.
