Ingredients
1.5 tbsp of ground Himalayan pink salt
2 tbsp. of liquid smoke
4-5 lbs of pork shoulder roast
Preparations
1. Use a fork to Pierce the roast all over and add into the slow cooker.
2. Sprinkle salt over the roast on both sides and pour liquid smoke over.
3. Cook with the lid on for 8-10 hours on low and more hours for a larger roast.
4. Pull pork apart using 2 forks. Serve on salads, as tacos, burritos or tostadas
