Ingredients
1 tbsp of butter, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
1/4 cup of apricot fruit spread
1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon
1/4 cup of packed light brown sugar
3 firm ripe bananas cut into 1-inch chunks
Preparations
1. Spray a non-stick cooking spray on the insert of a 2- to 3-1/2-Quart slow cooker
2. Place the cinnamon, brown sugar and bananas in the slow cooker. Toss to finely coat.
3. Add apricot teaspoonful over the bananas and Sprinkle with the butter.
4. Cook with the lid on for 1-1/2 hours on LOW or until the sauce is bubbling.
5. Serve over ice cream or vanilla frozen yogurt
