Ingredients
1/4 cup of crumbled real bacon bits
1 tbsp of instant tapioca to thicken
1 (10-3/4 oz) can of light condensed cheddar cheese soup
Salt and pepper
1 large head cauliflower
Preparations
1. Spray a non-stick cooking spray on the insert of a 3- to 4 slow cooker-Quart.
2. Add the cauliflower into the prepared slow cooker and add salt and pepper to season.
3. Stir the tapioca and soup together, then pour into the slow cooker, over the cauliflower.
4. Top with a sprinkle of crumbled bacon bits.
5. Cook with the lid on for 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 hours on HIGH, or for 4 to 5 hours on LOW, or until the cauliflower is soft.
