What’s next for The Lyons Pride?
I have at least three novels and three novellas planned in this series. The Advent of Lady Madeline and Devices & Desires will be followed by Elaine and Juliana’s stories, A Bride by Michaelmas and Women & Wine, respectively. I also plan to explore the Duke and Duchess of Whitborough’s complicated relationship in the past and present.
Meanwhile, read on for an excerpt from Intimate Delights, a pair of novellas covering the last days of the Christmas house party in Devices & Desires! In “Epiphany”—the longer work—two clever, resourceful servants find romance while aiding and abetting a love affair between their employers.
Anything else in the works?
My first two novels, Waltz with a Stranger and A Song at Twilight, will be reissued as Blue Castle titles—with new covers and bonus material, starting in late 2019 or early 2020! These books, along with the novellas A Scandal in Newport and A Wedding in Cornwall, form The Heiress Series. While this quartet is now complete, several secondary characters may be getting their own stories soon…
