I use green grapes to make this juice because I love their celadon color. Sometimes I serve juice made from both red and green grapes, alternating the glasses for color and flavor contrast. If you are not going to serve the juice immediately, make sure you refrigerate it in an airtight container so it does not oxidize, and don’t keep it for longer than a day. Stir well before serving, as grape juice separates very quickly.
MAKES ABOUT 3 CUPS [720 ML]
21/2 lb [1.2 kg] seedless green grapes, chilled
2 tsp orange blossom water
Pick the grapes off the stalks and process them through your juicer. If you don’t have a juicer, process the grapes in a food processor and strain the juice, discarding the pulp.
Pour the juice into a pitcher, add the orange blossom water, and serve immediately.
