Joanne Stone, MD, is a professor in the internationally renowned Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City. She is the director of the Division of Maternal–Fetal Medicine and also cares for patients with problem pregnancies. She has lectured throughout the country, is widely published in medical journals, and has been interviewed frequently for television and magazines on topics related to pregnancy, with a special emphasis on the management of multi-fetal pregnancies. Away from the hospital, she loves to spend time with her husband, George, and her two wonderful girls, Chloe and Sabrina.
Keith Eddleman, MD, works with Joanne Stone at Mount Sinai. He is a professor in the medical school and the Director of Obstetrics at the hospital. He teaches medical students, residents, and fellows; lectures throughout the world; and appears often on television to discuss issues concerning the care of pregnant women. His areas of special expertise are ultrasound and reproductive genetics. His free time, when he has any, is spent with his family at their apartment in Manhattan and at their country house in upstate New York.
Catherine Cram, MS, is an exercise physiologist who specializes in pre- and postnatal fitness certificate trainings and information for health/wellness organizations and the military. She is the co-author of the 2012 edition of Exercising through Your Pregnancy (Addicus Books) with Dr. James Clapp and is a contributing author of Women’s Health in Physical Therapy (Lippincott Williams & Wilkins). She is a maternal fitness expert for Babycenter.com and has been featured in prenatal fitness articles for Fit Pregnancy, Parenting, Glamour, Babytalk, and The American Journal of Medicine and Sports.
Tara Gidus Collingwood, MS, RDN, CSSD, is a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN), a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD), and a recognized expert in nutrition and health promotion. Tara co-authored Flat Belly Cookbook For Dummies (Wiley). Along with being an expert in pregnancy nutrition, Tara specializes in performance nutrition for athletes and busy professionals. She is the team dietitian for the NBA’s Orlando Magic and a sports nutrition consultant to the athletes at the University of Central Florida and runDisney. Tara runs her own nutrition consulting business in Orlando, Florida, and is wife to husband, John; mother to two boys, Basil and Levi; and stepmother to two more boys, Maxim and Samuel. She loves to run and does numerous races, from 5K to marathon, each year.
