Addictive Parmesan Walnuts

Eat just one. I dare you.

4 cups English walnut halves

2 tablespoons butter, melted

½ teaspoon salt

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Spread the walnuts on a 15 x 10-inch baking sheet, and bake for 8 to 10 minutes. In a small bowl combine the butter, salt, and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over the walnuts and stir to coat. Return to the oven and bake for 3 minutes.

Pour the walnuts on a large piece of parchment paper to cool. Store in a covered container.

Makes 4 cups.
