Cream of Strawberry Punch

This is a beautiful drink that will be popular at a meeting, a shower, or a tea.

1 (46-ounce) can pineapple juice, chilled

2 ¼ cups water

6 ounces frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed and undiluted

1 (64-ounce) bottle ginger ale, chilled

1 quart strawberry ice cream

In a large punchbowl combine the pineapple juice, water, lemonade, and ginger ale. Spoon the ice cream in the bowl, stirring gently to mix.

Makes 1 gallons.
