English Pea Salad

This is a great springtime salad.

1 (16-ounce) can tiny English peas

2 medium tomatoes, peeled and diced

1 cup finely diced onion

3 cup mayonnaise

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

Rinse and drain the peas and place in a medium bowl. Add the tomatoes, onion, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Chill for 2 hours before serving.

Makes 8 servings.
