Corn Cheese Pudding

2 tablespoons flour

2 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons butter, melted

½ cup milk

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 large eggs, slightly beaten

2 cups frozen cream-style corn, thawed

1 teaspoon salt

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 2-quart baking dish. In a medium bowl combine the flour, sugar, and melted butter. Add the milk, cheese, and eggs, mixing well. Add the corn and salt, mixing well. Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish. Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until firm to the touch.

Makes 6 servings.
