Holidays can be so stressful, and unless you have two ovens (heck, even when you do!), there never seems to be enough room to get it all done. So why not make it easy on yourself and do a dish or two in your Instant Pot?! I love to cook the Scalloped Potatoes and Spiced Carrots the day before, move them to baking dishes, then reheat them the next day; this gives me the space in my Instant Pot to make the epic Green Beans with Bacon and Dates or the Christmas Ham on the day of the meal.
