½ cup fresh dandelion greens
½ cup fresh spinach
1 2-inch piece of fresh ginger root, peeled and chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice
¼ avocado
1½ cups water
1 scoop collagen protein powder
1–2 tablespoons powdered maca (optional) or scoops Mighty Maca Plus (optional)
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
