LEMON GINGER ZINGER

 

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup fresh dandelion greens

  • ½ cup fresh spinach

  • 1 2-inch piece of fresh ginger root, peeled and chopped

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • ¼ avocado

  • 1½ cups water

  • 1 scoop collagen protein powder

  • 1–2 tablespoons powdered maca (optional) or scoops Mighty Maca Plus (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
