Take your morning supplements

MIDMORNING

Drink regular small amounts of filtered water, totaling 32 ounces (4 cups) prior to lunch

Sip 1 to 2 cups of tea (such as cinnamon, chamomile, chai, or green with a cinnamon stick)

LUNCH

DIY Keto-Green Salad served with hard-boiled eggs, topped with broccoli sprouts and sunflower or pumpkin seeds; drizzle salad with 1 to 2 tablespoons MCT oil or EVOO, along with a few tablespoons of vinegar

MIDAFTERNOON

Drink 32 ounces (4 cups) of filtered water

DINNER

Spicy Chicken Stir-Fry (or substitute tempeh, beef, or fish for the chicken)
