Today is a modified fasting day to empower your detoxification and increase ketosis. You can also make this day a water fasting day, with your physician’s approval. You may still begin the day with a Keto Coffee or Tea, using 2 tablespoons of MCT oil, which will help stave off hunger. Remember, this increases autophagy and all the rejuvenating aspects that go with it.

Take your morning supplements

MIDMORNING

Drink regular small amounts of filtered water, totaling 32 ounces (4 cups) prior to lunch

Sip 1 to 2 cups of tea (such as cinnamon, chamomile, chai, or green with a cinnamon stick)

MIDAFTERNOON

Drink 32 ounces (4 cups) of filtered water

DINNER
