Chinese Chicken Soup

Cooking Time: 1-2 hours

Ideal slow cooker size: 4-qt.

3 14½-oz. cans chicken broth

16-oz. pkg. frozen stir-fry vegetable blend

2 cups cooked cubed chicken

1 tsp. minced fresh gingerroot

1 tsp. soy sauce

  1. Mix all ingredients in slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on High for 1-2 hours, depending upon how crunchy or soft you like your vegetables to be.
