Soymilk is made from soybeans. It has about the same amount of protein as a glass of milk, but without the saturated fats and cholesterol. It can be purchased or made at home. Hemp milk is made from hemp seeds and does not pose allergy problems like lactose and nut related milks. It has the highest amino acid content of any of the milk substitutes sold. Thought it is made from seeds from the hemp plant, it is important to note that there are no traces of THC, or cannabis-like properties in it.

Soy yogurt is also available in many flavors, and you can rarely tell any difference from normal cow milk yogurt.
Soymilk and rice milk cheeses are offered, and come in many of your favorite flavors like pepper jack and cheddar.
