Katelyn Brehm is a second-generation German-American and native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She grew up watching far too much Star Trek, so much so, she decided to dedicate her education and career to space exploration. When she’s not reading and writing fantasy and romance, Kat works as an aerospace engineer at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory. She lives in Pasadena, California with her husband and two cats, Mini Wheat and Pepper.
