Keeping both hands in place on both sides of the feet, bend your left knee, push your right leg back, as far back as possible. Your right-hand fingers and the right knee lean against the floor. Move your pelvis forward, hollow—back. Look up. Lean against the ground with your fingertips to keep the balance. Inhale during the chest shift forward and up. The main stream of consciousness is in the space between the eyebrows. You should feel the tension from the hip up along the front part of your body all the way to the point between the eyebrows.
ASHWA SANCHALANASANA represents power and courage required to meet the life challenges and to be confident, to rise after focusing on your inner world, and to contact with your private guide (Ajna).
In the 4th pose (Ashwa Sanchalanasana) we turn our face to this shining and pray for the end of the ignorant night darkness.
