Straighten your body and bring your palms together in front of the chest, as in the Pose No.1.

In this final greeting, we pay respect to the Sun, as a symbol of the vast discoverer of all intellectual and spiritual truths. It lightens the path leading to our final goal - liberation. In the 12th pose (Pranamasana), we pray that this way would be open to us.

AS WE ALL KNOW, THE Sun is the largest source of energy in our system. In the 11th pose (Hastauttanasana) we render homage to this source of life and energy.
