LET ME INTRODUCE A set of asanas for the beginners, which will help you to stay in a good mood and feel beautiful all day long.
This set of asanas can be used both as an option for the morning yoga practice and as an option for the warm-up set for creating trauma-safe conditions for further deeper, more intense exercising.
Fixation in each asana of this set for beginners is two respiratory cycles.
Some passes for repeating: 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18...
A complex of asanas for beginners shall be performed on an empty stomach or at least 3—4 hours after a meal.
