13. Hasselback Potatoes

Preheat your oven to 330°F.
Wash the potatoes well and then cut them into very thin slices, but not all the way through. Leave around 1 cm at the bottom.
In a small bowl, combine the garlic, coconut oil, paprika, oregano, and salt.
Spread the mixture over the potatoes and in between each slice. Place the potatoes in a baking pan and cook in the oven for 40-45 minutes.
Serve the potatoes warm.
