3 cups cooked rice
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup half-and-half cream
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350°. In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to a greased 1 1/2-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake 25-35 minutes or until heated through.
