Green Beans with Shallots

My recipe starts with a package of frozen green beans. It’s a simple solution for rounding out any meal.

1 package (12 ounces) frozen Steamfresh whole green beans

3/4 cups sliced fresh mushrooms

2 shallots, chopped

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon dill weed

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1. Cook green beans according to package directions.

2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute mushrooms and shallots in oil until tender. Remove from the heat. Add green beans, salt, dill and pepper; toss to coat.
