Contest-Winning Easy Tiramisu

Here is a fun use for pudding snack cups. They make this treat truly effortless. It’s a great quick dessert for a special supper or anytime.

24 vanilla wafers, divided

2 teaspoons instant coffee granules

1/4 cup hot water

4 snack-size cups (3 1/2 ounces each) vanilla pudding

1/2 cup whipped topping

2 teaspoons baking cocoa

1. Set aside eight vanilla wafers; coarsely crush remaining wafers. Divide wafer crumbs between four dessert dishes.

2. In a small bowl, dissolve coffee granules in hot water. Drizzle over wafer crumbs. Spoon pudding into dessert dishes. Top with whipped topping; sprinkle with the cocoa. Garnish with the reserved vanilla wafers.
