CREATIVE ACTIVATIONS ARE designed to stretch you beyond the normal way you would hear and release a prophetic word. These are designed to have you prophesy on things you wouldn’t normally prophesy on. Most people prophesy on hope, faith, and other words, but to prophesy on things such as “the ear” causes you to have to rely on the creativity and innovation of the Spirit. Prophets are, by nature, very creative and innovative. Those attributes are part of the prophet’s mantle. God is the Creator, and He dwells in a place of new things and uncommon, divine creativity. He wants His prophets in that place with Him, ready to hear and act on His spontaneous word.
Prophetic activation #11: new thing prophecy
This activation begins with praying for God to do something new in the person’s life you are ministering to. As you pray, believe God for a word that will release something new in the person’s life, and then launch into the prophetic flow. You can prophesy new doors, new anointing, new relationships, new health, new revelation, and the like.
Prophecy is a powerful way to see the release of new things.
See, the former things have come to pass, and new things I declare; before they spring forth I tell you of them.
—ISAIAH 42:9

You have heard; see all this. And will you not declare it? I have shown you new things from this time, even hidden things, and you did not know them. They are created now and not from the beginning; even before the day when you did not hear them, lest you should say, “Yes, I knew them.”
—ISAIAH 48:6–7
But now, thus says the LORD who created you, O Jacob, and He who formed you, O Israel: Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; you are Mine.
