Saul Tanpepper is the speculative fiction penname of Kenneth James Howe, a former combat medic and biotech entrepreneur originally from Upstate New York. Saul is the author of numerous acclaimed disaster survival series, including GAMELAND, BUNKER 12, THE FLENSE, and SCORCHED EARTH. He now calls Northern California home.
