Have you ever noticed how relaxed fresh air can make you feel?
When stressed-out and feeling boxed in, many people tend to go outside, saying they need fresh air!
This really helps people to calm down. The combination of exercise (walking), combined with a cleaner air once outside of a building, helps the body and mind to relax.
To help alleviate stress, one can make walking in the evenings or early mornings, part of your routine. You get in some exercise which is additionally also beneficial, while breathing in clean fresh air.
