Vigorous shaking before entering a room for that big meeting, or taking on that great challenge, is recognized for shifting your focus and allowing your mind to open. It gives you that quick release of tension.
Shake your hands, fingers, arms and wrists. Feel the muscles in your shoulders ease up. Now clear your mind and step up to the plate. You will notice a new-found confidence, allowing you to handle any situation.
Be Adventures
Every now and then we need to have a good, and solid adrenaline rush. It is suggested that people do something that to them is adventurous, or out of the norm.
By doing this, you are in fact shaking up your life. Maybe there is something you have always dreamed of trying, why not just do it? It is good for the body and mind, to sometimes just be spontaneous.
