Our minds work 24/7. Yes, even when you are sleeping, your mind is still working. Now, can you imagine how you will feel physically if you had to work 24/7 for 20, 30 or 50 years?
At some stage, you will physically burn-out. You will not be able to move, think or talk, right?
So why make the process for your brain, any harder by burdening it with life’s little stresses?
Fill your mind with positive thought, allow it to work easily through your though processes. Giving it a break now and then!
