These little clusters remind me of my grandmother. I think she bought hers at a local store, but they always seemed homemade. That is what I love about some of my childhood food memories. Just because something was store bought and/or semi-homemade doesn’t mean it was any less special. The way you display or package it up, present it, and eat it, can be just as special as making it. This, however, is a very easy microwave candy, one made from scratch and with a lot of love.
INGREDIENTS
2 pounds white almond bark, broken into 1-inch pieces
1 (4-ounce) bar dark chocolate, broken into 1-inch pieces
12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
4 cups salted and dry-roasted peanuts
Sea salt for garnish
DIRECTIONS
