Frozen Fruit Cups

Yield: 12 fruit cups | Prep Time: 15 minutes | Chill Time: 2 hours

Trick those kiddos! I made these for the neighbor boys, and they thought they were eating candy. “Health stealth foods” is what I call them. Make these ahead of time and pull them out of the freezer when everyone behaves, clears their plate, and says, “Please!”

INGREDIENTS

1 (8-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

2 cups frozen raspberries

1 cup vanilla ice cream

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine the whipped topping, raspberries, and ice cream in a blender and blend on medium until smooth.
  2. Pour into mini cupcake tins, lined with paper liners, and place in the freezer for 2 hours. Remove from the freezer and serve.
