These peanut butter bites will satisfy your sweet cravings in no time. They’re super quick to make if you have peanut butter and oats at home.
Ingredients (12 servings)
1 cup quick oats
½ cup peanut butter
¼ cup pure honey
¼ cup ground flaxseed
½ cup coconut, shredded
¼ cup sunflower seeds
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
3 tablespoons almond milk
Preparation
Mix the peanut butter with the remaining ingredients in a bowl, cover, and refrigerator for 3 hours. Divide the dough into small balls. Place the peanut butter on a tray with parchment paper. Refrigerate the snack bites for 1 hour and serve.
