Let’s make a Paloc Soup with these simple ingredients. Mix them together and then cook to achieve great flavors.
Ingredients (6 servings)
2.2 pounds (1 kg) lamb leg, meat and bones separated
3 ½ ounces (100 g) smoked bacon lardons
2 onions peeled roughly chopped
3 garlic cloves chopped
7 ounces (200 g) potatoes peeled and diced
7 ounces (200 g) green beans
2 carrot peeled and sliced
5 ½ ounces (150 g) sour cream
A few stems of fresh dill
2 tablespoons paprika
½ lemon juice
½ teaspoon ground cumin
3 bay leaves
1 tablespoon salt
A pinch of black pepper
Preparation
Sauté the bacon with oil in a skillet until crispy. Add the onion and sauté until golden brown. Dice the meat into cubes and add to the skillet. Sauté until brown, then add 2 cups of water, black pepper, salt, garlic, bay leaves, paprika, and ground cumin. Put on the lid and continue cooking for about 30 minutes on low heat. Add 1-liter water, carrots, and potatoes. Cook for almost 10 minutes. Stir in the green beans and cook for almost 5 minutes. Mix the sour cream with
flour in a bowl. Pour it into the soup and cook until it thickens. Garnish with chopped dill. Serve warm.
