Ingredients (4 servings)
4 pork chops
¼ cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sour cream
¼ cup dry sherry
¼ cup ketchup
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon paprika
1 bay leaf
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Preparation
Rub the pork chops with black pepper and salt then coat with flour. Add the oil to a suitable skillet and sear the chops on medium heat until golden brown from both sides. Whisk the sour cream, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and bay leaf in a bowl. Pour this sauce over the pork chops, cover, and cook for almost 1 hour on low heat. Serve warm.
