Ingredients (4 servings)
2 cups onions, chopped
3 cups long grain rice
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Hungarian sweet paprika
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
6 cups chicken stock more if needed
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Sauté the onion with oil in a cooking pan until soft. Stir in the rice and the rest of the ingredients. Next, bring the stock to a boil. Reduce its heat and cook for 35 to 40 minutes until the rice is soft. Serve warm.
