To encourage teens to strive for greatness and success by examining others and themselves; this activity can be used in individual or group therapy sessions.
Exploring definitions of the words average and exceptional and exploring these behaviors with kids encourages them to strive for greatness.
Use the following worksheet, “Creating Greatness,” to engage the teenager during the session. After the teen has filled out the worksheet, use this as a conversation starter.
1. Write down the names of people you know that who are average achievers:
(Average: usual or typical mediocre or inferior)
