2-cup glass measuring cup, candy thermometer, 1,000 milligrams CBD tincture, 2 cups honey
How to:
- Create a double boiler by filling a small saucepan with water and placing the glass measuring cup inside. Set the saucepan on medium heat and heat the water to 95°F, using the thermometer to ensure the temperature doesn’t get too high. If the water gets too hot, you risk burning away the antibacterial benefits of the honey.
- Pour CBD tincture into the glass measuring cup, then add honey.
