Breathe Away the Day

How does it help?

Stress leads to short and shallow breaths. After a long day, release pent-up tension by trying this deep-breathing self-care exercise coupled with CBD. Settle into relaxation so you can turn off your stress and enjoy the rest of your evening.

How to:

  1. Lie on the ground with your head on a pillow. Take a moment to check in with yourself mentally. Are worries flooding your head? Let’s get them out.
  2. Place a few drops of CBD tincture under your tongue and imagine your worries melting away. You don’t need them anymore.
  3. Close your eyes. Place one hand on your belly and the other on your chest. Notice any tightness stemming from mental stress.
  4. Breathe in through your nose. Let your belly fill with air. Feel your belly button extend upward toward the sky.
  5. Slowly exhale out of your mouth. As you do, let your belly drop. Feel it deflate. Blow out the worries. You don’t need them. Visualize the ropes of stress coming undone.
  6. Continue for 10 minutes. Enjoy the rest of your day from a place of calm.
